I arranged my bookshelf by colour!!!!
I'm expecting the men in white jackets to call soon and take me to that special hotel where the wallpaper is really thick and soft.
I am in no way implying people who have their bookshelves like this all the time need to go to the 'special hotel' merely that for me to be doing things like this means that I do. ;)

I've seen this done a few times now and am tempted to give it a go but I know I can't. I need my alphabetical order, I can't give it up!

And to be honest I was more interested in noseying at what books you have on your shelf!!
I'd forgotten how good 'Future Homemakers of America' is until I saw it on there...going to have to dig it out and re-read very soon.

I think this was an excellent use of your time.
I popped into town this morning where i stumbled across some coat hangers which i realised i REALLY needed. I then spent a couple of hours re-arranging our wardrobe. I've even hung co-ordinating ties with my husbands shirts so he doesn't have to ask me which one matches. Go me!
Hang on, there are men in white coats at my door! We'll collect you on our way to the 'special hotel'!

Actually, they DO look rather good sorted like that, don't they?
I arrange lots by colour - socks, pants (got it in there!), towels - so will meet you at the funny hotel for a cup of tea and a mars bar.... I think its probably nice there!
